Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer ?
A: We are a manufacturer. We have our own factory in Shanghai.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days for stock products, or 15-20 days for producing goods, different delivery time due to the different quantities.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free of charge?
A: We can provide the charge samples.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q: What's the payment?
A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal & Cash are accepted.
Q:Can you produce according to customers' design ?
A: No, we can't produce according to customer's design, but we can add the logo and do the customer's package.
Q: How do you deal with the problem after sale?
A: We will be responsible for all quality problems within the guarantee period.
