(3) The movable insert structure provides quick and convenient maintenance, without the need to disassemble the butterfly plate and valve stem. As long as the pressure plate is removed on one side, the sealing valve seat can be replaced and the sealing surface can be repaired.

(4) Adopting a double eccentric structure design, the valve shaft deviates from the center of the valve body structure, and combined with the arc sealing surface design of the valve plate, the valve plate quickly detaches from the sealing seat when opened to reduce the friction force of the sealing surface. The valve plate has good sealing performance when closed.

(5) The center self positioning sealing valve seat structure design, combined with a unique valve seat compensation seal, effectively compensates for valve seat sealing while reducing friction during opening and closing, greatly reducing the operating force of the valve and effectively improving the control accuracy of the butterfly valve.
