Overview
1. The opening and closing part of the gate valve is the gate. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction. The gate valve can only be fully open and fully closed. The two sealing surfaces form a wedge shape. The wedge angle varies with the valve parameters, usually 5°. The medium temperature is not high at 2.52°. Improve the manufacturability and make up for the deviation caused by the angle of the sealing surface. This kind of ram is called elastic ram.
2. It is more labor-saving when opening and closing. In comparison with the shut-off valve, the direction of movement of the shutter is perpendicular to the direction of flow of the medium, whether it is open or closed.
3. High height and long opening and closing time. The opening and closing stroke of the shutter is large, and the lowering is performed by the screw. The water hammer phenomenon is not easy to produce.
4. The media can flow in any direction on both sides for easy installation. The sides of the gate valve channel are symmetrical and the structure length is small.
5. The shape is simple, the structure length is short, the manufacturing process is good, and the use range is wide.
6. Compact structure, good rigidity of the valve and smooth passage.

Structure and purpose
This product is made by means of importing the high-tech rubber and the know-how of vave manufacture of Europe and overcomes the defectives as rubber aging and rust etc. It uses the compensating action from the micro-deformation of elasticity produced by the elastic gate plate to get the good sealing effect and features the advantages of light on-off, reliable sealing, good memory of elasticity, long duration and so on.
