The unit includes a dissolution tank, a magnetic pump for entry and exit, a level gauge, a float flow meter, and the like. When the equipment is running, when the sub-tank (electroplating tank) solution has a low liquid level, the magnetic pump of the auxiliary tank to the copper-dissolving tank is opened, the magnetic pump driven by the copper-dissolving tank is closed, and the copper powder is added. When the liquid level in the copper dissolution tank reaches the high liquid level of the copper dissolution tank, the solution is stopped. The magnetic pump driven by the copper bath is opened. When the liquid level in the copper dissolution tank reaches the low liquid level of the copper dissolution tank, the magnetic pump of the dissolved copper tank is opened, and the magnetic pump driven by the copper dissolution tank is closed. This is continued until the concentration of the sub-tank solution reaches the standard.
The unit comprises a screw feeder with a hopper and its accessories, a vacuum suction machine and the like. When the equipment is running, the vacuum suction machine sucks the copper powder into the hopper of the screw feeder, and the feeder precisely controls the feeding amount through the spiral rotary feeding device. The standard feeder has a capacity of 20 ± 1.5 g / rev.

d. When the liquid level in the copper dissolution tank reaches the high liquid level of the copper dissolution tank, the solution is stopped. The molten copper tank is driven out by a magnetic pump.
e. When the liquid level in the copper dissolution tank reaches the low liquid level of the copper dissolution tank, the magnetic pump of the dissolved copper tank is opened, and the magnetic copper pump is driven to close the magnetic pump.
