1. This agitator is a combination type which includes two kinds of impellers, it normally work together with driving device(motor,reducer), bottom support device and connecting accessories in a stirring tank.
2. The first layer impeller is vertical flat blade turbine type which is also removable, it generate radial flow and suitable for general mixing where high shear and high power are necessary. Heat transfer, fast chemical reactions, power hungry processes. Suitable for low off-bottom placement as a tickler turbine for assisting solid suspension when liquid level drains below primary hydrofoil.
3. The second layer impeller is Three-blade propeller type which is also removable,it mainly generate axial flow and large amount of circulation,also can generate higher flow fields in transitional and turbulent operations,suitable for Low viscosity liquid of mixing, dissolving, solid suspension, heat transfer, reaction, crystallization.
4. Therefore, this blender combines the advantages of two-layer impellers, which can have a better stirring and mixing effects.
