Showcasing skills in the Skills Competition

In order to enhance employees' professional skills and increase their work enthusiasm, and to effectively achieve the organization's talent development goals, FREXCI organized a valve assembly skills competition.

Competition Site

During the competition, participants need to demonstrate solid professional knowledge and skill levels. Through the competition, participants can master more practical techniques and improve their work enthusiasm.

Through the competition, participants can master more practical techniques, such as basic valve assembly skills and adaptability, while also enhancing work enthusiasm and teamwork spirit. The competition process is divided into multiple tasks, including preparation work, valve assembly, and valve seat installation.

Participants need to assemble according to specified steps and requirements within the designated time to ensure good sealing performance of the valves. The judging criteria for the competition include assembly speed, quality, accuracy, as well as considerations for safety and environmental protection during the assembly process.
