4. Precautions

1. Before installation, the pipeline of the pneumatic actuators must be cleaned. If there are impurities in the medium, install a filter valve in front of the valve pipe.

2. Ensure there is enough space for maintenance and disassembly of parts during installation.

3. The axial gap between the valve device and the pneumatic valve should not be less than 1-2mm.

4. The bolts connecting the pneumatic valve should not be less than 8.8mm.

5. When disassembly is needed, turn the manual handwheel several times, then slightly open the pneumatic valve.

6. Sealing covers, seals, and explosion-proof surfaces used for electrical equipment installation, disassembly, and debugging must not be damaged.
